  • How will my order ship?

    Airplantman ships via USPS Priority Mail in the United States.

  • How much will shipping cost?

    Shipping costs are flat rate and determined by your purchase total:
    Up to $50: $6.85
    $50-89: $11.30
    $90-$174: $15.30
    $175-$269: $24.85
    $270 and up: $38.00

  • When will I receive my order?

    Orders typically arrive within 1-2 weeks, however shipping times may vary. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know at the time of purchase and we will do our best to accommodate. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has shipped. We recommend opening packages promptly upon arrival for plant health.

  • Do you ship orders internationally?

    For a list of countries eligible for international delivery please see the country dropdown menu at check-out. If you are located in a country not listed please email us at josh@airplantman.com for a shipping quote. When it is not possible to ship plants due to customs restrictions, a discount code will be provided.

  • What is your return/exchange policy?

    Refunds will not be issued. Airplantman is happy to issue an exchange on any damaged products within 14 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes we ship internationally, shipping rates will be listed during the checkout process. We are able to ship our designs, but due to United States restrictions, we are unable to ship plants internationally. We can offer a $20 discount with Code INTERNATIONAL so that you're able to buy airplants at your local nursery and enjoy our products!
